Tools & Experiments

Everything below runs in your browser, and all of it is C++ compiled to WebAssembly — the same language the rest of this site is built in, from the server that sent you this page to the dungeon generator a click away. No plugin, no install, nothing uploaded anywhere.

These are experiments rather than products. We build them to keep the toolchain honest and to have something to point at when someone asks what the studio actually does with its day.

• Dungeon Generator

  A BSP dungeon that rebuilds as you drag a slider — seed, room depth, smallest room and grid size, all live.

  The generator is pure C++ with no engine in it, so the same file that runs in your browser is the one our tests flood-fill to prove every room is reachable.

• Shader Playground

  A GLSL fragment shader compiled by your own GPU driver as you type. Four presets, and the driver's own error log verbatim when you break it.

  Every error line number is the editor's own line number — the page resets the counter so the header it prepends never shifts what the driver reports.

• Performance Benchmark

  Up to 200,000 particles, each one simulated in C++ and drawn by your GPU. The panel leads with median and p95 frame time, not an average.

  Beside your machine's number is our server's own handler time, labelled apart and never added up — a fast visitor machine must not flatter a slow server.

  FEAT-13

• Audio Visualizer

  Drop in a track and watch it: logarithmically-spaced bands, an envelope follower and an onset detector. Your audio never leaves the browser.

  The browser's AnalyserNode does the FFT for zero payload; everything after it is C++ compiled to WebAssembly, and there is no endpoint here that could receive a file.

• Tools Demo

  The one that came first: a small Dear ImGui panel, compiled from C++ to WebAssembly and rendered on a canvas.

  The SDL2 + GLES3 + Dear ImGui scaffold every widget above is built on, kept live as the smallest honest proof the toolchain works end to end.
